Dust Chamber ( IPX5X6)
The CKE dust test chamber is used to test the sealing performance of the product shell. It is mainly used for the test of two grades of IP5X and IP6X for enclosure protection grade. Through the simulation of sand and dust weather, outdoor lamps, auto parts, outdoor cabinets, power meters and other products are tested.
Vertical Rain Test / Drip Test Apparatus
The CKE Vertical Rain Test apparatus is to verify Protection against Vertically Falling Water Drops. It is designed and manufactured in accordance with the standard requirement of IEC60529 clause IPX1 and IPX2. The rise and fall of the drip box is controlled by the motor. It is equipped with the rotatable objective table whose rotating speed is 1r/min for IPX1 test. It is also equipped with 15°bevel for supporting sample for the IPX2 test. What's more, this device is with the clean water filtration unit which can prevent pinhole from jamming.
Oscillating Tube Test / Oblique Rain Test ( IP X3 X4)
Oscillating tube tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the standard requirement of IEC60529 IPX3 and IPX4. It is used for the waterproof test of the electrical equipment.
The oscillating tube part of this device is controlled by adjustable-speed motor and crank-link mechanism. This device is reciprocating swing from the place of ±60°to another one of ±170°with the speed required by the standard through machine adjusting angle.
The angle adjustment is accurate. The structure is stable and durable. It is equipped with rotating stage through which the rotating of 90°can be achieved. It is also equipped with clean water filtration unit to prevent the pinhole from jamming.
Hand Held Shower
The Spray Tester IPX 3/4 is a hand-held test device to verify protection against spraying and splashing water. The water pressure can be adjusted using the flow control knob on the device to give the required flow rate. The pressure can be seen on the gauge which is convenient positioned by the Spray Tester IPX 3/4.The spray pattern of the nozzle is made to the specifications of IE6C0529. The removable shield feature make it easy to test without the interference of the shield
